Client personal information is used by the salon for appointment management purposes only. Client information is not shared with any one outside of the salon including 3rd party businesses or marketing entities. Clients consent to opt into SMS text messages is not shared or applicable to other 3rd parties for marketing or any other purpose.
Each client’s appointment is important to us. We want to give your service the time and attention it deserves. As a result, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. The salon or stylist may assess as a $20.00 late cancellation fee for cancellations with less than 24 hour notice.
We want to make sure that all our clients have the opportunity to receive services. We understand that sometimes life is unpredictable, and so we allow for a 15-minute grace period for late arrival in case you are unexpectedly delayed.
Our policies, including our 24-hour cancellation period give us the opportunity to fill missed appointments and offer services to other clients. If you have to cancel within this period, please let us know as soon as possible, otherwise the salon and stylists reserve the right to refuse future service and charge at least a $20.00 cancellation fee.
The safety of our staff and our clients is our top priority. As such, the salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if we feel that they pose a health or safety risk. This includes but is not limited to lice, skin infections, open wounds, contagious illness (such as a new, continuous cough or a fever), or rude/ obnoxious behavior. Thank you for your understanding.
All clients must understand that the Salon will not be responsible or liable if the result of the service is not as expected as it should be.
Clients must agree to follow the regimen and the suggested follow-ups of the salon in maintaining and treating their hair.
Clients allowing the Salon to apply necessary chemicals as part of the service to hair treatment understand that individual results may vary from person to person due to each individuals hair type and other pretreatments.
In the unlikely event that a client is not satisfied with their service, customers must notify the stylist at the time of the appointment and they will try to meet the customers needs. Re-dos must be completed within 48 hours of a clients original appointment.
The salon or stylist may photograph clients hair and may request consent in terms of sharing the photograph to social media for marketing campaigns or testimonials.
By entering Sky 9 Salon, clients acknowledge that the Salon employees are licensed professionals and should be treated with respect all the time.
